Our Executive Suites are located in our 5000 sf 2nd floor.
The 14 executive suites share a very well-appointed office space complete with a reception area, 2 conference rooms, a kitchenette/break area, a copy center, elevator, and restrooms.
Our Executive Suites provide our tenants with the professional look and feel of a “downtown” office environment at a fraction of the cost. Tenants pay a fixed monthly lease rate that includes all the basic services necessary to run a small office. Utilities, Phone, Internet, Fax, Copying, Janitorial, and even Furniture are all included in the low monthly rate.
Unlike some Executive Suite providers, we have no extra charges and no hidden fees.
